Cruz Cancels Heidi’s Appearances and places her in hiding. Where there’s smoke there is fire. Heidi Cruz hasn’t addressed the Enquirer report about Ted.
Ted Cruz’s campaign on Monday suddenly canceled New York appearances by his wife so she could travel to Wisconsin to stump with him ahead of that state’s April 5 primary approaches. It is worth noting that since the scandal last week, Heidi has chosen to campaign on the other side of the country rather than be seen in public with Lyin’ Ted Cruz.
The Texas senator stupidly criticized “New York values” now needs their New York votes. Cruz thought that Heidi would do his dirty work for him by campaigning on wall street; Heidi Cruz worked for many years in leadership at Goldman Sachs
Heidi Cruz, just days the Ted Cruz cheating report in the National Enquirer, was slated to meet voters at Connect Church in Bellmore, LI, Tuesday and then hit the Brighton Beach Jewish Center, the Cruz’s Election website said on Monday the 28th.
But a mere hours later, Cruz cancels all Heidi’s appearances by having his reps notified the church that Heidi Cruz was going to reschedule.
“They said they needed her in Wisconsin to campaign with Ted,” Pastor John Gravagna told The Post. “They’re going to be back next week or the week after.” The show of solidarity is customary in Washington after a big sex scandal.
Polls suggest that Trump will win a majority of New York’s 95 delegates in the April 19 primary.
But his popularity among women has dropped after a series of comments foes call sexist. Trump still leads among women over Cruz.
The dramatic week started last week, when a super PAC closely related to the Cruz campaign released an ad showing a revealing photo of Melania Trump that originally appeared on the cover of British GQ in 2000. Yes, Lyin’ Ted Cruz started this fight.
Trump threatened to “spill the beans” on Cruz’s wife — a possible reference to a bout with depression she suffered years ago — and then re-tweeted a photo of Heidi Cruz juxtaposed against one of Melania, a glamorous former model. To be fair, not many women would come off well when compared with Melania.
“A picture is worth 1,000 words,” the tweet’s caption read.
Cruz sparked headlines in January when he stupidly accused Trump of having liberal “New York values,” forgetting that he would need their votes.
